The item is unused and in original packaging
You share a clear unboxing video
The product was incorrect or damaged
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you’ll need to ship the product back to us.
4. How are refunds processed?
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 💳 For COD orders, we’ll need your bank details to process the refund. 🏦 Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
